Muna had a decade of experience with B stream of management, and postgraduate of financial accounting. She started her early career at Somaliland National Youth Organization (SONYO Umbrella) as finance officer. She also worked with a number of international organizations including Relief International, Terra Nova and has recently resigned from senior finance manager post at RTI International USAID (GEEL) Project Hargeisa office:
